Cancellation Policy – Elite Towing & Recovery

Elite Towing & Recovery, we value your time and ours. When you book towing or roadside assistance with us, we schedule a driver, prepare equipment, and often adjust our dispatch schedule to get to you as quickly as possible.

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations work, what fees may apply, and how to avoid unnecessary charges.

Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel a Service

If you need to cancel your towing or roadside service request:

  • Call us immediately at [Your Phone Number]

  • Provide your name, service location, and booking time so we can identify your request quickly

  • Cancellations can only be accepted via phone to ensure we notify the driver in real time

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Fees

When You Cancel

Fee

Before Dispatch (Driver not assigned yet)

No charge

After Dispatch, Before Arrival (Driver en route)

$25 – $50 dispatch fee

On Arrival / No-Show (Driver arrives but service is declined or customer not present)

Full minimum service rate applies

Special Equipment/Heavy Duty Jobs (Flatbeds, heavy-duty, long-distance)

May incur a cancellation fee based on preparation time and travel distance

3. Weather, Traffic & Delays

If Elite Towing & Recovery is delayed due to traffic, weather, or other factors, you may choose to wait or cancel without penalty — as long as the driver has not yet arrived at your location.

4. Repeat Cancellations

Customers with frequent last-minute cancellations may be required to pre-pay for future services.

5. Why We Charge Cancellation Fees

When a truck is dispatched, resources are allocated, fuel is used, and another customer may lose an available time slot. Cancellation fees help us cover these costs and keep our services available 24/7.
