1. Services Provided

Elite Towing & Recovery offers towing, roadside assistance, and related services within Dallas County, Collin County, and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Light, medium, and heavy-duty towing

   

• Flatbed and specialty vehicle transport

   

• Roadside assistance (jump starts, tire changes, fuel delivery, lockouts, winch outs)

   

• Vehicle recovery and accident towing

   

2. Service Availability

We operate 24/7; however, response times may vary due to location, weather, traffic, and other factors. While we strive to meet quoted arrival times, these are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Rates & Payments

• All rates are provided upfront whenever possible.

   

• Additional fees may apply for extra mileage, off-road recovery, special equipment, or after-hours service.

   

• Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

   

4. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate location and vehicle details.

   

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible for towing or assistance.

   

• Be present or provide authorization for the tow/release of the vehicle.

   

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, Elite Towing & Recovery is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to the vehicle

   

• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our services

   

• Loss of personal items left inside the vehicle

   

6. Cancellations & Delays

• If you need to cancel a service call, please notify us immediately.

   

• A service fee may apply if our driver is already en route.

   

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen hazards may occur, and Elite Towing & Recovery is not liable for consequential damages resulting from such delays.
